We have designed the programs so they can be done at a gym or at your home:

    • Core Program: gym mat, medicine ball and a Fitball
    • Strength program: adjustable bench, Fitball, adjustable dumbbells, Bosu Ball, barbell
    • Power program: medicine ball, tubing with handles
    • Injury Prevention: tubing with handles, resistance band

Don’t stress! We recommend that our programs are to be used continually for a long period of time. If you have a bad week and can’t get any sessions done then start again the following week.

Completing our programs over 8 weeks is a guide. If you need or want to take a bit longer that is fine.

For the under 18’s program we suggest that the player be no younger than 12yrs.

Once you have signed up, we will send you a confirmation email that confirms everything you get with the membership. There will be login details and you can access through your mobile phone, tablet or computer. We have made sure the programs can be viewed easily on multiple devices. You will also receive some introductory information attached to the initial emails.

What do I do when I finish the first 8 week program?2022-01-05T11:14:14+08:00

The Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels all currently have 2 x 8 week programs available. More will be made available over time.

As you complete each program you have the option of progressing to the next level. You may enjoy your current program and continue it for another 8 weeks. We would then suggest you move to a different program to maximise results.

It is recommended that you complete both programs in each section before advancing to the next level.

Our programs have been designed so you will get through each session in 30 – 60min, depending on the workout. It is recommended that you only have an approx. 30 sec break between sets.

Strength programs involves lifting weights. Is this safe for juniors?2022-01-05T11:11:44+08:00

If young players carefully follow our exercise clips and work within their physical capabilities they will have no issues. We recommend that all young players start at the Basic level so they can gradually build their physically development and avoid injuries.

By completing our programs over 8 weeks you will definitely feel stronger. Some people will feel stronger after a few weeks.

We offer 3 levels of subscriptions which are a monthly cost. The subscriptions available are:

  • Base subscription: $29.95 per month
  • The Complete Package subscription: $59.95 per month
  • Premier subscription: $99.95 per month

These subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

We also offer injury prevention programs as a one-off purchase and you get lifetime access. These programs cost $69.95.

As we offer a month-by-month membership, you can cancel at any time, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription.
