When designing the packages we put together programs which are designed to be completed at home and the gym.

All the home, power, and balance and stability programs have an outline of what equipment you need at the start of every program.

What if I can’t keep up with the program?2023-02-15T14:45:22+08:00

Don’t stress! We recommend that our programs are to be used continually for a long period of time. If you have a bad week and can’t get any sessions done then start again the following week.

Completing our programs over 12 weeks is a guide. If you need or want to take a bit longer that is fine.

For the Junior program we suggest that the player be no younger than 12yrs.

Once you have signed up, we will send you a confirmation email that confirms everything you get with the membership. There will be login details and you can access through your mobile phone, tablet or computer. We have made sure the programs can be viewed easily on multiple devices. You will also receive some introductory information attached to the initial emails.

What do I do when I finish the first 12 week program?2022-12-12T11:04:50+08:00

Most program areas have 2-3 programs to choose from. It is suggested that once you have finished the 1st program then you move onto the 2nd program etc.

We also offer Foundation packages and Extension packages. We recommend that you purchase the Foundation package first and once you have completed all the program to then purchase the Extension package.

Our programs have been designed so you will get through each session in 30 – 45min, depending on the workout.

It is recommended that you only have an approx. 30 sec break between sets.

Strength programs involves lifting weights. Is this safe for juniors?2023-02-15T14:43:28+08:00

If young players carefully follow our exercise clips and work within their physical capabilities they will have no issues. We recommend that all young players start at the Foundation level so they can gradually build their physically development and avoid injuries.

By completing our programs over 12 weeks you will definitely feel stronger. Some people will feel stronger after a few weeks.

All packages are offered as a one-time purchase and 12 month access.

There are no recurring payments.

If you want to continue to access the programs after 12 months you can repurchase the program for another 12 months access.
